With over 2 million engine hours in BELTPACK® yard assignments (12 million Train Miles), CN has seen its accident rate drop 56% — from 0.76 accidents per 1,000 engine hours of conventional operation to 0.31 under BELTPACK®.

Safety performance of BELTPACK® equipped yard assignments has been far superior to that experienced in conventional, yet similar yard operations.
